Away from it all and closer than you think! In the Tweed Valley you’re less than an hour from Edinburgh yet worlds away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
There is something for everyone here. If you require some activity and adventure we have world class trails at Glentress and Innerleithen, great walking, fishing, golf and riding. However, if you prefer a little culture and tranquillity, the Tweed Valley is packed with history, castles and historic sites as well as having delightful towns and gardens to explore.
There are teas and coffees, delicious cakes, and restaurants specialising in using wonderful local produce. In addition there are quality bike shops offering bike hire.
To top it all our accommodation members have come together to create the Tweed Valley Mountain Biking Hospitality Scheme. So you can book in confidence knowing that your bike and kit will be looked after just as well as you, no matter what type of accommodation you choose.
